If you encounter one of the following problems, check the version of WCBpro you are using (look in the top left of the screen when the program is running), and if it is less than the indicated version number, download and install the latest version. See Installation

| Form 7 will not print, and crashes |
This happens with certain HP inkjet printers. First make sure you are running version 125 or greater Please email wcbpro@maclean-design.com with your name, company, phone, email and the model of printer you are using. We will get back to you and help you adjust the form to match the printer. |
